Development Services

Samter Homes Development Division oversees each community’s development from the purchase of the property to the final turnover of the association to the owners in a community.

Project Development
This department begins the development process by searching for property that meets Samter Homes strict criteria.  The right piece of land will have a great location and be able to accommodate an aesthetically pleasing site plan and landscape design.

Community Development
This department creates and oversees the documents that will govern the community.  Prior to starting the first building, the association documents are put in place to ensure that the community is maintained to the highest standard and looks as good ten years from now as it does the day you move in. 

Sales Team
Samter Homes sales representative will be your point of contact from the day you sign your contract to the exciting moment when you close on your new home!  They will guide you through the process of selecting your individual finishes and watching your unique home be built. 

Construction Services

Samter Homes Construction Services Division oversees all aspects of building your home from the initial construction documents to the final coat of paint.

Document Management
This department starts the project process for Samter Homes Construction Services. First, we perform a thorough review of the construction documents to coordinate the information and assure conformance to Samter Homes Construction Services quality standards. Then we price out the different components and go to contract for the construction of the project.

Field Management
Once the contracts are let, the Field Development department takes over facilitating and managing the construction process. A Superintendent is assigned to each project to schedule all activities and monitor the progress.

Warranty Management
This department assists in assembling the closing package to facilitate the transition from construction to occupancy. During the one year warranty period this department will receive and process warranty requests should any arise.
